Welcome

     Thank you for visiting. If you have found yourself here, you or someone you know may be experiencing a difficult time in their life. You may be looking for information to explain how you are feeling or be looking for a way to get help and someone to talk to. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or frustrated and that life has just become unmanageable. Counseling is a supportive and helpful way to get things back on track and you feeling good again.

     It is often challenging to face your fears and to acknowledge that things just aren't feeling right anymore. Counseling is a safe place to be heard and feel supported, to talk about what you are experiencing and come up with a plan to help you feel like yourself again. We will find your strengths together, teach you tools to make changes in your life and to reach your goals, and educate you on resources that will help you be successful.  Although our therapists have a variety of experience, we specialize in working with postpartum mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, fertility, grief and loss, birth trauma, and adjustment to pregnancy and motherhood.
