We are NH Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors and Social Workers.  Our desire is to offer the best professional services to our clients in a way that is beneficial and helpful for them.

Senior Specialist Therapist: $250 for 50-55 minute session, Out of Network Provider

Associate Therapist: Some therapists accept insurance including Anthem BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim, Unicare, Optum, Health Plans.    $175 for 50-55 minute session. 

Licensee Associate Therapist: (M.A. working towards licensure supervised by Senior Therapist):  $115 per 50-55 minute session

Some of our specialists are not contracted with insurance companies, therefore we can provide you with a superbill that includes medical codes for your treatment, diagnosis, and itemized fees.  You may submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Out-of-network benefits allow you to choose professionals and specialists who meet your needs and can help you in ways that feel right to you.  Please call your insurance company and ask them if they will reimburse for outpatient counseling with an out-of-network provider (sometimes this is less expensive than your regular co-payment for in-network coverage).  They may ask for a procedure code, a diagnosis code and whether or not we are licensed.  If this is the option you choose, we will provide a "superbill" for your session, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  In these cases it is the client's responsibility to pay for the session at the time of service, and to contact their insurance company to assess the level and conditions of coverage, as individual plans vary.  Credit/FSA/HSA, cash and checks are accepted. 

There are companies that help clients with this process such as Mentaya, Superbill, and Reimbursify.  They can help you file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you are reimbursed if you have out-of-network benefits.  They may charge a small fee per claim, but are helpful when working with insurance companies for reimbursement.  Your insurance company may also have a simple and free process for you to submit directly to them through their portal or website.
